How many frames!? What motivates you to do all that? I get really bored during my first frame, that's why I've only uploaded two crappy "art" submissions.
By the way, i really enjoyed watching this! I like the direction you took with the faces, personally i would have went for a more bad-ass style for the character but this works really well. Also, I'm surprised that the clown died so quickly! I was expecting him to kick ASS!!

I'm not a fan of these voice actors or the dialogue.. but the animation is pretty fucking cool! There's still a whole lot more room for improvement though.
